The Swamp Ghost, which was previously on loan to the Planes of Fame Air Museum at Chino Airport for an indefinite period, has been transferred to the Pacific Aviation Museum located in Pearl Harbor. It was previously on loan for an indefinite period to the Planes of Fame Air Museum at Chino Airport.
Pacific Aviation Museum describes the aircraft as “undoubtedly the only intact World War II B-17E Bomber in existence, an example of a unique aircraft that played a crucial role in winning WWII.” It is the only B-17 left in the world with its original battle scars.
