David Tallichet Jr. is an important character in this story. Tallichet, a World War II veteran from Dallas and entrepreneur, is one of the most prominent figures. Tallichet is the owner of a number of aviation-themed restaurants. He has many other interests that keep him busy.
Collecting and restoring military planes is one of them. He had over 120 planes at one point during his career! Some of these planes include a B-25 Mitchell Bomber, and a P-40 Tomahawk.
