A homeless man shouting had caught the attention of everyone in the vicinity, causing a commotion to reverberate through the busy city streets. The unexpected disturbance caused people to stop in their tracks. As the man suddenly disappeared into the crowd, onlookers focused their attention on the mother and her daughter who were standing nearby.
