20.Facilitates the Change to Food
When you breastfeed, your child is consuming more than just milk. Rather, he or she is ingesting a smoothie or cocktail consisting of all the components of a typical diet. When you alter your diet, you truly subtly alter the diet of your baby.
This not only strengthens the bond between mother and infant, but also helps them become accustomed to new tastes and experiences. As a result, when you transition your infant to regular food, they will have a more developed palate and be less resistant to eating broccoli and other vegetables.
This may even allow you to subtly influence their diet to be as healthy as feasible!
You may also increase their likelihood of becoming a gourmand as an adult. This is yet another reason why they may have stronger immune systems long after they reach adulthood.
