4. Shivers
The body will often shiver when it is fighting off an infection. However, shivering that is not accompanied by any of the other symptoms listed in this article could indicate other conditions.
If you combine shivering with other symptoms such as coughing for a few weeks, flu like symptoms that seem longer than a typical flu, a generally lowered immune system, and fever at night, it could be a sign of TB.If you see enough of these symptoms in a person under your care, or if they are all present in a group of people that you know, an official TB testing is necessary. The condition can then be cured if the TB treatment is completed as prescribed.
