Trichomoniasis Symptoms

5. Pain in the Genitals

If you experience painand discomfort in your genitals only once or twice it is not necessarily a problem. It can also be normal if the cause can be linked to hormonal changes, such as menstruation. If you have pain and cramping that is a persistent symptom, or if it occurs more frequently than you’re comfortable with, you should consult your doctor.

This symptom can be caused by many things, and is not limited to the scope of this article. It can also be a sign that occurs with some parasitic infections or STDs like trich.

Do not assume that the symptom will go away by itself. It’s usually a deeper issue that’s causing the symptom, and it won’t go away until the correct condition is treated. See your doctor immediately!
