13. Other symptoms
You can divide the list of symptoms you may experience after contracting an STD into those that appear with a general infection, but will also occur in cases of STDs. For example, genital discharge is more common in STDs including trichomoniasis and gonorrhea.
You may experience other symptoms that are not listed here, such as lower back pain. However, these can vary from person to person. It is important that you consult your doctor the minute you feel anything “off”.
You may not have trichomoniasis, but you should still see a physician to determine what is wrong and to receive the right treatment.
