12. Redness
You may experience redness (and sometimes sensitivity) of your genitals, even if you do not experience discharge.
Redness can be a single symptom, or it may be present in conjunction with other symptoms on the list.
Note any changes to your health, even if no other symptoms appear. The first step in diagnosing and treating most medical conditions is to see your doctor when you suspect something might be wrong.
A spreading rash or pain can sometimes be accompanied by redness, especially if the cause is an STD such as trichomoniasis.
