You can use a variety of home remedies to relieve the symptoms caused by athlete’s feet. apple vinegar and Himalayan Salt are the ingredients you need to make one of the easiest soaks. To soak your feet, you will need a tub. Add two tablespoons of Himalayan Salt to the water in the tub.
Add about half a cup apple cider vinegar. Then, soak your feet for ten minutes in the mixture. Your feet should be soaked in the solution for at least 10 minutes. This acidic environment kills the bacteria that causes your feet to itch. You can also wipe the solution onto your feet after a shower if you don’t want to soak them in the solution. Use the combination of vinegar and salt until symptoms of athlete’s feet subside.
