17. Yogurt

You’ve probably heard that yogurt is good for you. This is because yogurt contains probiotics. Probiotics, or good bacteria, can help fight bad bacteria in the body. Yogurt is recommended to help with digestion.

You may not be aware that the same properties which can improve your gut health also help you to eliminate the fungus causing athlete’s feet. You probably already have yogurt in your refrigerator. Grab a cotton swab and some yogurts. Apply some yogurt to the cotton swab. Let the yogurt air dry. Take a clean, dry cloth and remove the excess yogurt once it has dried. It may be necessary to wash it with warm water.
