16. Mustard
You can use either mustard powder or oil for this home remedy. The powder and oil both have great antifungal and antibiotic properties. You can add mustard powder to warm water by adding a teaspoon.
Add a teaspoon-and-a-half of mustard oil to a basin of warm water. You will want to soak your foot in the mixture after adding the powder or oil to the basin. This should take about 30 minutes. After soaking your feet in the mixture for about thirty minutes, remove them from the basin. Dry them with a clean towel. This soak can be used two to three times a day, each day, until your symptoms of athlete’s feet are relieved. Results usually occur within a couple of days.
