14. Ginger
Ginger is a spice that is also useful for treating athlete’s feet. You can use it in the same way you would cinnamon. Chop up fresh ginger (about a teaspoon) to make a ginger-based soak for athlete’s feet. Bring a cup of boiled water to a boil. Add the ginger when the water starts to boil.
Let the ginger simmer in the water for around twenty minutes. Allow the mixture to cool down before you use it. After the solution has cooled, wash your feet with soap and warm water. Then apply the ginger solution on the affected areas. Apply the ginger solution twice daily until your symptoms subside.
