12. Cinnamon

Cinnamon can be found in many home remedies. It is used in home remedies because it has antifungal as well as antiperspirant qualities. You will need ten cinnamon sticks to make the cinnamon home remedy.

The next step is to boil water. Once the water has boiled, break the cinnamon sticks into smaller pieces and add them to the water. The cinnamon should be in the water for approximately five minutes. The water should be removed from the heat and allowed to steep in cinnamon for 45 minutes. After the 45 minutes, the water will have cooled. Soak your feet for 30 minutes in the mixture. Repeat this every night for a month before you go to bed.
