11. Onion Juice
Onion juice is another item you probably have at home and that can be used to treat athlete’s feet. Onions contain many compounds that can neutralize free radicals, and protect the cells in the body. Eating onions can improve your immunity.
When it comes to treating athletes foot, onions should be applied topically. To do this you will need to grind some onions and then extract their juice using cheesecloth. Then, you will want to wash and dry your feet. Apply the onion juice directly to clean, dry feet. Keep the onion juice on your feet at least 30 minutes. Rinse the juice from the onions off with cool water. Repeat the process as many times as needed.
