10. Oregano Leaves
Oregano leaves have a number of healing properties. As a home remedy for athlete’s feet, you can prepare a Tea to soak your foot in. To make the tea, you’ll need to mix four ounces (about a quart) of leaves with warm water. Let the leaves soak for an hour. The leaves will be softened and the juices extracted.
Pour the mixture into a foot basin, and soak your feet for 20 minutes each day. You can soak your feet for up to 20 minutes a day in the solution. The same mixture can also be used multiple times per day. It is important that you make the soak each day using fresh oregano. This oregano soak will cure athlete’s feet within a few days.
