6. Loss of Appetite
Sleep is surprisingly important for your health. If you don’t get enough sleep and feel tired all the time, you may notice that your appetite changes. You may not want to eat when you are tired.
You will feel fatigue if you do not eat properly. The body requires fuel to function. Your body will not function at its best if you eat a poor diet or barely eat at all.
A healthy diet full of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and good fats will help you to increase your energy. Eat only when you feel hungry and limit foods high in sugar and fat. This can help to energize your body.
