5. Feelings of Moodiness
You may notice that your mood changes when you are constantly tired. You may not be aware of your moodiness but those around you are. You may become irritable if you don’t give your body the time it needs to rest.
When you feel tired constantly, it is difficult to maintain a positive attitude. When you don’t give your body enough time to rest and rejuvenate, it will affect the hormone levels. Your hormones regulate your mood.
You may be experiencing moodiness if you don’t get enough sleep. You could also be experiencing moodiness due to a health issue, such as thyroid issues. See your doctor if this persists for a prolonged period.
