12. Hallucinations
You may start to have hallucinations if you feel tired all the time. It is because your brain does not get enough rest and time to shut off during sleep. Hallucinationscan be caused by a number of other conditions.
Your brain may shut down if it does not get enough oxygen. You might start to experience and see things that aren’t really there. It can be scary because you don’t know what’s real.
Try to establish a regular sleep schedule if you’re experiencing hallucinations. This will give your body the time it needs to correct any problems. If you find that your hallucinations have become more frequent, you should consult a doctor to determine their cause.
