10. Low Motivation

It can be difficult to get through your daily tasks when you are lacking motivation. It can have serious consequences for your career. You may also lose friends if you’re not motivated to stay in touch.
Depression can develop as you grow more depressed about your situation. You should consult a mental health professional and your doctor if you feel down or lack motivation.
