3. Lower Range of Movement
You may notice that the range of motion you can move is reduced if you have a torn labrum. Your humerus will be unable to function as they should.
The clavicle is a great bone that does a lot, but it cannot do everything on its own. If you’ve torn your laboratoryrum, any task that requires an overhead movement will be more difficult. Most people simply continue to do their tasks with the injury and will not have a full range motion.
It is not recommended to do this as it will damage your labrum and weaken the bones. It is possible that your shoulder cannot perform a particular task because it’s not capable of doing so. Listen to your body, and visit a doctor if necessary.
