14. Prolonged Pain
There are many different types of injuries or health problems that can lead to chronic Pain. If you experience pain around your shoulder for a long time, your labrum may be torn.
If the pain is persistent but only occurs after you apply pressure to your shoulder, you may have a labrum injury. You should discuss your pain with a medical professional. Many people ignore pain and think that they’re just tired, or that the injury will heal itself.
