10. Hand Tremors
You may experience pain in your neck or shoulders. This can last throughout the recovery period and you may never return to what it was before the injury. You may experience weakness from the pain. This can last for the entire recovery period, and you may never be able to return to your previous strength.
You may also notice a slight shaking in your hands. This tremor may persist for many years following the injury. The tremors may make it difficult to perform daily tasks.
Sometimes the tremor is so severe that it makes it impossible to pick up heavy objects or to hold a fork steady while eating. You can recover from the injury by doing moderate exercises to strengthen your muscles. This will also help reduce the amount of shaking and tremors.
