There are 14 causes of bedwetting in adults
6. Prostate Gland Enlarged
The prostate is an important, if messy, organ. The gland produces a fluid which is vital to the human reproduction cycle. This is the fluid which carries the sperm out of the body during the ejaculation process. We’d all go extinct without it. The prostate gland is located around the urethra, which is the tube through which urine leaves your body.
It is unknown what causes prostate enlargement, but it is known that if your prostate is larger you are more likely to urinate in bed as an adult. As you age, your chances of having an enlarged prostate increase. This is why this condition is usually associated with older people. Some studies show that almost everyone on the planet will have an enlarged prostate when they reach a certain age.
