There are 14 causes of bedwetting in adults
12. ADH Imbalance
Antidiuretic is exactly what you think it is, a hormone that controls your urge to urinate. If it is out of balance, you may experience a variety of symptoms such as bedwetting or increased frequency of urination. This imbalance is treatable, so it’s not a permanent thing.
You can confirm this suspicion by having a blood test. It is good to know that the blood test is not very invasive and will reveal the cause of your bedwetting. If your ADH levels were too high, you might be at risk of developing cerebral edema and other types of cancer.
