Disguised Agitation
Mrs. Palmer tried to portray a normal demeanor, but her eyes revealed a different story. Mrs. Palmer’s constant glance over her shoulders, her hushed conversations on the phone, and her trembling hand when she reached for her wallet were all subtle signs that the school community was aware of.
