Spicy foods can cause snoring. Switching to fish and beans may be a good option, as they provide a source of protein without increasing unhealthy levels of prostaglandin.

Snoring can be caused by eating right before bedtime. To prevent snoring, eat your meal 3-4 hours prior to going to bed. As mentioned in the article before, you should also keep an eye on your diet.
