6.Virulent fever

A fever itself should not be viewed as a negative condition. This is the body’s natural defense mechanism against disease and infection. Before the discovery of antibiotics, this was the only method to survive a potentially fatal illness in the wild!
The problem though is that if the fever goes too high for too long, it can be very dangerous simply because of the risk of dehydration. Your best solution then is to try and keep drinking lots of fluids in order to avoid this side effect while riding out the fever in the short term.
