5.Diarrhosis
Diarrhea can cause dehydration because it causes frequent gastrointestinal movements, resulting in a significant loss of water and nutrients.
This is the point at which diarrhea becomes potentially hazardous. Therefore, if you have diarrhea, continue to consume. If you are literally unable to hold anything down, it is imperative that you see a doctor immediately.
Similarly, the same holds true if you are frequently ill. Continue drinking and search for ways to combat dehydration. Similarly, avoid substances that will exacerbate it, such as caffeine.
