Natural remedies for nausea

7. High Protein Diet

Sometimes, your diet can make you feel nauseated and not only when you are eating. Your body is affected by the food you eat long after digestion. Your body can react by feeling nauseated if you don’t eat enough of a particular nutrient vitamin, or if you eat too much of something that isn’t healthy.

Some people mistakenly believe they have food allergies when the cause is food-related. The cause of nausea may not be one food but the type of food you eat. A diet high in proteins can help to combat certain types of nausea.

You may notice that your nausea will improve over time, or even disappear, if you replace foods with unhealthy proteins.
