13. Avoid Fatty Foods
You might enjoy eating fatty foods, but they may cause nausea. You may be experiencing nausea after eating. Trans fats can cause nausea, even if you think you’re eating healthily. You can see if a bland diet helps you if you suffer from nausea due to fatty foods.
Rice, applesauce and plain crackers are all easy to digest. It’s not necessary to eat these foods for the rest of your life, but you should try them out to see if they help. You will then know that it is fatty foods.
You can also use these bland foods if you are feeling nauseated after vomiting. You can eat bland foods to ease hunger without causing nausea.
