Keep the secret
She had listened to her and left her family alone. She sent him only occasional updates on her other daughter Cassie. Emily listened intently as her father related the story. He was telling the truth or was this a story from an old man who forgot things? Cassie was the woman he had contacted during the photo shoot.
He told her everything and asked if she would be willing to submit to a DNA test. Cassie was as surprised as Emily by the news, but decided to accept it. A few weeks later, her DNA test confirmed what her dad had said, Cassie is in fact her half sister. Emily was overcome with mixed emotions.
