15. Change Your Eating Habits
Diet and dietary habits are some of the common causes of migraine headaches. If you notice that migraines begin to occur when you eat a certain food, then you may want to eliminate it from your diet and see what difference it can make to your health.
Many foods can trigger migraines. These include caffeine, sugar and chocolate, among others. You’ll need to identify your own food trigger if you find it is related to your diet.
You may also experience headaches and migraines when you have allergies. If you are experiencing other symptoms of allergy, such as itching or burning skin, you could be allergic.
