On his mind
Mark was still thinking about the metal object that evening, even after he had made his decision. Mark was supposed to be resting after his hard work but instead he kept returning to the garden to examine the object with a flashlight.
How could something so large be buried in his yard without him knowing about it?
Sleeping problems
He was unable to sleep that night because his mind kept wandering back to the metal object. He decided to research the metal object.
He tried to find out what the problem was online, but without success. He then thought of a second way to investigate.
Checking old documents
He began to look through the old documents of the house in order to find out where they had bought it five years earlier. He could try to contact the man who bought it and see if he knows more.
I knew it was a long shot but maybe this would work…
The previous owner
He couldn’t find any useful information on the man but managed to locate an email address that he could use. With nothing to lose he decided to send the man an email about his discovery.
Mark didn’t have to wait long for the previous owner to respond.
