9. Vomiting
Vomitingis a common symptom of Hepatitis A. This is because the body tries to drive out the virus. When we are feeling unwell or sick, our bodies will immediately assume the cause to be something we ate. They will then try to empty the stomach.
Constant vomiting is unpleasant when you have stomach pains and a low-grade fever. It can also cause complications. If the condition persists, it can lead to malnutrition or low energy. You may also find yourself losing your appetite. You should continue to eat bland and simple foods, to make sure that your body is getting the nutrients it needs.
Dehydration can also be caused by vomiting, which can be exacerbated by excessive urine, fever, and loss of appetite. It is therefore vital that you drink plenty of water to replace the fluids you have lost. This will also help flush out your body, accelerating the recovery.
