It would seem logical to avoid the iron that is in our food, right? Official sources say that this will not make much of a difference. Reduced iron intake won’t make much of a difference when taken with these medications.
Many people decide to reduce iron intake, hoping that this will also minimize the amount in their body. This can have some benefits – no matter how small.
Iron-rich foods include many different types of vegetables and salads, red meats like beef and seafood. Do your own research but remember that it is nearly impossible to avoid iron from your diet.
