Williams, an electrician, thought that the rock was about 100,000 years old.
This rock was a part of a rock that contained a small electrical component with tinny magnetic properties. It had not been welded together or soldered. Williams did not reveal the exact location of his find, but he said he had found it away from civilization. His theory? This rock is an alien device.
82. Finds of locomotives dating back to 1850s at the bottom of the sea
Location : Off The Coast of New Jersey
Year Found: 2013.
Est. Unknown Value
On this list we’ve found graveyards for humans in some unusual locations, but finding a train cemetery is a first. Archeologists discovered in 2013 that two trains were buried under 90 feet of water beneath the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast New Jersey. Salt from the seawater preserved the steam engines for almost two centuries.
Some people believe the engines were transported by a vessel that sank during a storm. The engines could have fallen off the barge or been pushed out of the ship by the crew to stop the vessel from sinking in the stormy ocean.
