Billy’s home situation had been less than pleasant. His parents were verbally and emotionally abusive, constantly monitoring his actions to the point where he was restricted from making friends. Billy often fantasized about a world outside of the grasp of his parents.
He was so desperate that the first thing he bought when he got home was a dog.
