No chip
The employee explained that the dog had been left at their door just the night before and was still getting familiar with the space. More so, since it was so new and had been left with no identification, they knew very little about the puppy other than the fact that it wasn’t chipped.
The Andersons were eager to get the puppy but had some problems.
