Check Out These 14 Signs and Symptoms for Clogged Arteries
7. Skin Discoloration or Flushing
Skin discoloration or flushing is a common symptom. It can indicate a number of health conditions, including those that affect the heart, lungs, or circulation. The skin may be receiving too much oxygen or too little. If it is too little, then it could be due to blocked arteries.
Some of these symptoms can be accompanied by skin flushing or discoloration, which could be an early indication that you’ve developed a blood-clot.
If you have a combination of symptoms, you may want to go to the emergency department immediately instead of waiting for a week to get to a doctor appointment you might not be able to make.
Skin discoloration may not always be a serious symptom but you shouldn’t take any chances with other symptoms.
