ENCOUNTER
Tom was so terrified that he frozen, but he still knew he needed to act. Tom puffed his chest up and yelled with great vigor at the dog. Tom’s anger at Lucy leaving him erupted all at once. He cried and screamed at the same moment.
Tom shouted, “Go away you stupid dog!” in hopes that the dog will run away.
