Downward-facing dog pose

Steps:

  1. On all fours, place your hands at hip level.
  2. Now, lift your hips. Concentrate on your breathing.
  3. Hold this position 15 seconds.
  4. Return to the normal position.
  5. Repeat the process.

What is the benefit? This position helps relieve back pain by strengthening and stretching the hands, shoulders, hamstrings and calves, and stabilizing the spine.
