Back pain can be cured with this 15-minute daily exercise routine

Cobra position

Steps:

  1. Lay on your back with your palms facing down, and your chest along your spine.
  2. Slowly raise your upper body in an arc. Find a comfortable position and do not push too hard on the ground with your palms.
  3. Hold this position 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat this exercise 4 times.

What is the benefit? This position strengthens your spine, stretches your shoulders, reduces stiffness in the lower back and softens. This position also helps to relieve stress and fatigue.
