Cobra position
Steps:
- Lay on your back with your palms facing down, and your chest along your spine.
- Slowly raise your upper body in an arc. Find a comfortable position and do not push too hard on the ground with your palms.
- Hold this position 30 seconds.
- Repeat this exercise 4 times.
What is the benefit? This position strengthens your spine, stretches your shoulders, reduces stiffness in the lower back and softens. This position also helps to relieve stress and fatigue.
