Hamstring floor stretches
Steps:
- Lean back with one leg bent.
- Pull the straight leg up straight and towards your face using a stretch ribbon. Pull the straight leg until it is uncomfortable but still difficult.
- Hold the position for 30 seconds and repeat the process with the other leg.
- Repeat this exercise two times.
What is the benefit? By stretching the hamstring, you can reduce lower back pain. The longer muscles reduce pain and pressure in the lower back.
