Ben was looking for a breeder with the proper credentials to allow his horse to legally conceive. Ben was still unable, after a few months, to find someone legally qualified to perform this task. Ben pondered whether he would have to accept that his wish was not possible and instead look into the possibility of purchasing a horse.
