Gwen Stefani’s former marital home failed to sell at its listed price
- Value of Property: $21.65 million
- Year of Purchase: 2006
- Location: Beverly Hills
It’s not uncommon for homes to sell for less than what they were put on the market for. Plenty of celebrities have found that out when trying to shift their own properties for a tidy profit. Still, we’d say that getting $21.65 million for somewhere isn’t a bad thing, even if the place was first listed at $35 million.
That’s how much Gwen Stefani got for The Summit, a hilltop mansion that she bought with Gavin Rossdale in 2006. After the breakdown of the couple’s marriage, it seems that Stefani didn’t care much about holding on to their former marital home. So, she put the 15,500-square-foot estate up for sale and eventually found a buyer.
