The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Venice home was not a hobbit-house, but it was certainly a modest choice for an A-list celebrity. Technically it was two properties. The 1,408 square foot space was spread over two bungalows, built in the 1920s. Elijah paid $1.2million for the two small homes in 2004.
