The Sailing Wasn’t a Completely Smooth Process
Despite the fact that it may seem simple, there were many twists and turn during construction. An inspector found that Breaux had not used enough insulation in one particular area. Breaux was able to spray the foam on for 30 seconds, and let it do its work.
Breaux had a similar problem at first with water standing on his roof. When he began construction on the roof terrace, he estimated that he removed 45 gallons of water from his roof. He was able remove the water with a bucket. It just shows how watertight his construction is. He has hopefully solved his problem with standing water and won’t need to worry about potential roof leaks anymore.
