Breaux was aware that he would be moving into a home that was empty to start with. He was fine with this. He wanted to move into his new house and then decide which parts of it he would need to finish first. He had to ensure that there was running water and electricity before moving in. After that, the only thing left was to convert the rooms.
He was on the front line of his vision. We can only customize a home by choosing the furniture and the paint color. Breaux’s vision allows him to live in a house that is completely his own.
