Make it Safe to Survive the Weather
Breaux had a number of things to consider before starting his project. Breaux also needed to think about how his home would hold up to extreme weather. Storage containers are strong enough to withstand hurricanes, storms and hot sun, but how about when they’re stacked?
Breaux needed to make sure that the structure as a whole could withstand Houston’s harsh weather. It had to be resistant to the weather, which in Texas often meant protecting it from sunlight. Storms aren’t rare, so this structure had to be able to withstand strong winds.
