Tommy Hilfiger shifted his valuable home in Connecticut within a few months
- Value of Property: $47.5 million
- Year of Purchase: 2010
- Location: Greenwich
It’s always nice when a house sale is completed quickly. No one generally enjoys the hassle of trying to get rid of a property, celebrities included. So, we imagine that Tommy Hilfiger was pretty pleased when he managed to sell his place in Greenwich, Connecticut, within a few months of putting it on the market.
After paying $31.4 million for the place in 2010, he managed to shift it for $47.5 million, bringing in a nice profit for him and his wife. Admittedly, they had spent three years renovating the property, which sits on 22 acres of land. However, there was no guarantee that their efforts to improve the place would pay off.
